Standard Return & Exchange Policy

At Valuemore, your satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully select and deliver products to ensure quality and value. However, if something is not right, we are here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Once the issue is verified, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement, OR
  • Offer a refund, depending on the situation

We may request clear photos of the damaged item before proceeding.

Returns for Non-Damaged Items

If you wish to return an unused and undamaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • All tags, barcodes, and labels must remain intact
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Valuemore reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving exchange or refund.

Return delivery charges will be handled case by case, depending on the reason for return.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective:

  • Cakes and perishable food items
  • Fresh flowers
  • Chocolates
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Jewellery and earrings
  • Cosmetics and personal care products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift vouchers
  • Items that deteriorate quickly

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately:

Orders typically begin processing:

  • 48 hours before delivery date
  • 72 hours before delivery for cakes and fresh flowers

Once an order enters the processing stage or has been dispatched, cancellation or refund may not be possible. Valuemore reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once processing has started.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued based on your original payment method:

  • Online payment → refunded to the original payment method
  • Bank transfer → refunded to your bank account
  • Cash on Delivery → refunded via bank transfer

Refund processing time typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on bank processing times.

Warranty Claims (Selected Items Only)

Certain selected items (such as electronics or watches) may carry a limited warranty.

If the product has a manufacturing defect:

  • The item must be returned to our office.
  • We will send it to the authorized service center for inspection.
  • After service or repair, the customer may collect it.

For large or bulky items, customers may be directed to contact the manufacturer or service agent directly.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

Replacement availability depends on stock availability at the time.
