For COD orders:

Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-returnable items (unless faulty):

For non-damaged items, returns may be accepted within 3 days if unused and in original packaging.

For fresh flowers, cakes, or limited-stock items:
